Pasta

Pasta

A quick and delicious hunger saviour. Let’s cook it.

What you need:

300 ml of Pilk (to give creaminess)

3 cups Pasta (it is what it is)

Nut Butter (Oil substitute for cooking)

Capsicum, mushroom, baby corn, cloves & garlic (Veggies)

Salt & pepper (for taste & seasoning)

What you do:
  1. Boil the pasta in water for 7 to 8 minutes on medium flame or until it is done. Drain and keep aside. In a pan, melt some butter and add the onions. Cook for two to three minutes over medium flame
  2.  Add the crushed garlic, baby corns, and mushrooms. Cover the pan with a lid and let the veggies cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the green and yellow capsicums and cook for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the boiled pasta, basil leaves, salt and pepper, and cook for a minute or two. Add in the Pilk, and cook the pasta for two to three minutes. Serve Hot

It’s time to kill the hunger.

Pro tip- Don’t add oil to water or to cooked pasta as you will end up with greasy one. Salt the water enough to season the pasta. Add pasta to sauce and not the other way around to add to richness and flaour.
