Strawberry Chia Pudding


Who doesn’t love Strawberries? If you just said no, you must be lying :p

And, there is no love greater than the love for Strawberry Chia Pudding. It is a simple, lightly sweet and delicious breakfast loaded with fresh strawberries and chia seeds. This quick breakfast is healthy and takes just 5 minutes to whip up together.

What you need:


½ cup Chia Seeds (king of nutrition, loaded with protein, fiber, calcium, Iron, manganese, vitamins B1, B3, and what not)

2 cup Pilk (the only drink that you can’t skip- needed for texture and liquid formation)

1 pack fresh Strawberry (packed with Vit. C, fiber, antioxidants, and amazing taste)

Peanut Butter (everyones go to thing fro extra protein crunch)

¼ cup Maple syrup or any other sweetener of choice (can totally skip it)

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (for flavour)

½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (for flacour and antioxidants)

Topping- chocolate chips, chopped almonds (get as creative as you can be)


What you do:
  1. Take a mixer jar and add fresh strawberries, Pilk, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder and peanut butter. Blend on medium for 2 minutes. Add chia seeds into smooth strawberries pilk shake and give a nice stir.
  2. Pour into serving glass. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes for chia seeds to form pudding.
  3. After that, top it with chopped almonds, chocolate chips, or any of your favourite toppings.

Enjoy dessert tasting nutritious strawberry chia pudding for your breakfast.

Pro tip- Add more chia seeds in the liquid to make pudding thick. Soak chia seeds in water at least for 20 mins to give the best texture in pudding.
